I am a Happiness Coach + Experience Designer, here to help you reconnect with the art of living.
My work lives at the intersection of mindfulness, performance, and everyday joy.
I believe mindfulness is not just something we “do” on a mat.
It is a way of living: in our choices, in our breath, in how we connect with ourselves and each other.
That is why I create tools and experiences that are accessible, simple, and rooted in science — whether in a 1-minute nervous system reset, a seasonal reflection workshop, or a moment of celebration with friends.

My goal is to make mindfulness practical and joyful,
not something hidden behind jargon or perfectionism.
When we stop grinding and start living with awareness, everything changes.
We become braver, kinder, and more creative. And that ripple effect is what makes life meaningful.
My personal journey
I started my career in tech and startups — chasing deadlines and external success. On paper, I was “doing everything right,” but inside I felt (utterly) disconnected and restless.
Personal loss and years of exploration brought me back to what truly matters: alignment, presence, and joy.
From teaching yoga to refugees and homeless communities, to designing workshops for creators, corporates, and weddings — I discovered that when people feel calm and confident, their whole world opens.

It all started from my ten-month high school exchange in rural Finland. Then, I have called Finland home. At some point I was in London too.
